Our online store officially opens today on 6th April 2010 !

i ♥ babybOo strives to give a lil something for everyone.

In view of that, we have clothes ranging from Babies to 9 yr olds with the occasional bigger sizes.

Somethings which can be worn by 2/3 year olds, e.g. pants, shorts etc,

may also be used for 6-18 month old babies if worn with pampers,

How to Purchase Online?

Step 1 ->
ITEM ENQUIRY

Send an email to iheartbabyboo@gmail.com with the following information:

(1) your full name
(2) mobile number
(3) mailing address
(4) product name / code
(5) product colour, size & quantity

Step 2 ->
OFFER TO PURCHASE

We will email a confirmation on stock availability and total cost (incls. of postage if applies) to you. We will also provide our bank account for your interbank funds transfer. If you leave us your mobile number, we may send you updates via "sms".
Please note the "Offer To Purchase" is valid for 3 working days only.

Step 3 - >
BANK TRANSFER [MBB]

Kindly inform us the "Transaction Reference" after you've completed the funds transfer.

Step 4 ->
MAIL OUT

After receiving your payment we will send out your purchase on the next working day. You will also receive our reply on your estimated arrival date of your purchase.

Posting/Pick Up/Delivery/Shipment

Post - If you are within Malaysia, we shall post the item to you vis Pos Laju and your order will be mailed out immediately on the next working day after your payment [article + postage] is received. Although loss of mail through normal postage is low, we strongly recommend you opt for registered postage. i ♥ babybOo will not be liable for any lost of mail.

1-2 pcs : RM6(WM) or RM8 (EM)
3-4 pcs : RM7(WM) or RM12(EM)
5-6 pcs : RM9(WM) or RM15 (EM

Pick-ups are available at the Pick-up point [Pulau Tikus/Tanjung Bungah] to be arranged via email upon purchase.

Door-2-Door Delivery is available within Penang Island at a cost of RM5.00.

Shipment - For international orders, we will advise you of the shipping options, charges and duration through email. Depending on destinations, the most economical delivery method will take between 7 days to 2 weeks via Airmail or Air Parcel. ShipMent via FedEx will only take 1-2 working days to arrive at your destination exlcusing custom clearance delays.

Home Showroom Service

For customers on Penang Island, if you find travelling an inconvenience but are keen to see the clothes and let your children try out the clothes before you commit, then our Home Showroom Service is what you are looking for!

Please select the items of interest and inform us of your child's age or measurement or approximate body structure [short, tall, thin, chubby] and email us at iheartbabyboo@gmail.com in order for us to bring the requierd items.

This service is only valid for those purchasing above 3 items and a deposit of RM50 per trip applies before the fitting session; but may be offset against the purchase you make on the day we visit your place. Please note that the deposit or balance deposit is non-refundable if you do not make any purchase or if purchase does not reach RM50. Do rememeber to have sufficient cash for your purchase as we do not accept cheque or credit card payments. The deposit is fixed, so indulge in "picking" from our wide selection of clothings online!

Exchange Service

The only permitted reason for exchange is if the size is incorrect. Before purchasing, we advice you to enquire clearly with regards to sizing via email or you may give us your child's age/measurement/body structure as well to be sure and STILL, if the item size is unsuitable, simple write us an email within 3 days upon receipt of the item, stating the reason why the size is unsuitable and upon our discretion to exchange, we will enquire as to the method of exchange. The rules of exchange is to follow the terms and conditions below:-
Rules of Exchange:
1. Original Condition. The returned item must be in its original condition and not worn, torn, soiled, stained or washed. Please ensure that the woven brand and/or lable remains intact;
2. Re-sellable. The returned item must be sent back in its original packaging, in a re-sellable condition;
3. Replacement Item. If the preferred size for the exchange item is not available, you may also select different items. Item for replacement is subjected t stock availability;
4. Non-Refundable in Cash. Please accept our apologies as we do not refund any return items in cash or credit value. If the replacement item be of a lesser amount we will also not refund the balance however you may purchase another item;
5. On-Spot-Purchase. Not applicable for on-spot-purchase [e.g. home showroom service, delivery, pick up]. Items should be checked before you pay.
6. Undergarment. For hygenic reasons, undergarments are not allowed to be exchanged.

Methods of Exchange:
1. By mail. You may send the item back to us after approval for exchange and your replacement will be mailed out after our audit approval. All postage charges [2 ways] are at your cost.
2. Pick up. Email for appointment to meet and exchange.
